    Item arrived very quickly and was exactly as described, in good condition. Great quality for an over 20 year old game and plays perfectly. Great value as well for an import.     Paid upfront no hold. Seller does not ship within the first 3 days via ebay policy . Seller does not communicate that he cant or wont ship within 3 days of purchase. Seller held on to the package for 5 days total before shipping. Seller refused to cancel the order for buyer (before label was printed/or shipped. Ebay consider my messages and notes before redacting. I stand by everything. Seller has his own agenda on how to communicate, package , and ship with buyers. Buyers have a right to know.
