The gloves were sealed in two distinct packages sealed. Both pairs of gloves were sealed carefully in a larger sealed shipping bag making the items secure. Contacted them, and within a day they had the missing piece enroute. Quality was great, shipping was fast, and customer service was top notch. Only complaint- I think the detergent they washed the stuff in smells too fruity. It still hasn't washed out. Oh the woes of a first world existence.
