  For the most part, I was upset that the add started no dealership needed only to find out it will still need to go to the dealership for key programing. An extra $120 because of this description is 4, shipping time of delivery kept getting pushed out. 4, seller communication 4 I felt the add was a little misleading, only after I received the u it was there a note stating that certain models will need dealership programing 4 stars.

  Great seller very responsive. We’re going to help me all the way through the steps in my purchase. I had an issue with it responding to my truck I emailed them back and instead of them responding that I did something wrong. They responded with. There’s a new one in the mail. Amazing. Never had that happen. Hands-down amazing company telling the two shops in this town will go through them from now on and I’m about to order another computer for my other truckquickly responsive fast shipping

  Excellent seller and great communications. The ECM I ordered was for a 2008 truck. During their process, the part they sourced did not meet their quality standards, so they had to get another part. Throughout the process they kept me informed via text and emails, which gave me the confidence that I was going to receive a quality part. When I did receive it, the main cables connected with no issues. This part solved all of the engine problems and codes my mechanic couldn't figure out.

  The unit I received had the same issue I was experiencing with the original unit, so the customer service manager agreed to send me another unit at no charge. The unit was VATS delete, 100% plug & play, but still required a “crank relearn”. For this inconvenience I was refunded the total amount for the VATS delete programming. I really appreciate the time Michael took to speak with me, and the service I received.
