    Item arrived in new condition in a sealed plastic bag. Never used/issued. Has map pocket and white tag (NOT Tan or OD) sewn on inside top of cap. 100% USGI. Good ebay vendor. Recommended!

    I did not pay attention and put the incorrect shipping address down. The seller was very prompt in their resolution to the issue. Item is as described, prompt shipping. I will most certainly be purchasing from them again. Five stars, hands down. Since they are semi-local, I might have to take a trip down to their physical location.
