  Took forever, appeared item was lost in the post. Told they had resent but a few days later was asked if I would accept an alternative colour. Disappointing service. Ultimately I did cancel the order as I had waited weeks and the colour option I wanted was no longer available. I did receive a full refund. Not happy with how this was handled
