  Refused to sell at price originally paid, then said he didnt have any at that price due to an admin error. Kept calling up until past 10 at night, with no real info for me. Asking what I wanted to do. Added £500 to the price and said he'd send a Liverpool signed gift to apologise. Then instead of discussing the next day as promised, I got a refund and no gift. Seemed like profiteering due to the passing of Diogo J. Poor service, poor admin, poor way of dealing with the situation. Still no gift
