    Item came exactly as pictured. It was well packed for shipping. It had two layers of bubble wrap and a layer of cardboard to prevent damage. My little one uses this in speech therapy, so I was glad to find an option for us to continue those lessons at home as well. I love that it came with a storage case to keep all the pieces together.
