  Great seller, terrible courier DPD, kept saying goods would be delivered and then nothing came. DPD driver said that the driver before him did not know the area. Great product, I have bought from this seller before with no problems. Suggest that they stop using DPD, not a great courier company now.

  I ordered a tumbler and instead received coffee pods. I contacted the seller politely to resolve the issue, understanding that mistakes happen. Unfortunately, the seller was extremely rude, accused me of scamming, and threatened to report me. I returned the incorrect item, but the seller claimed I sent the wrong thing and opened a case against me. It took considerable effort and time to get my refund. This was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
