Item arrived but without the ship details as emailed. I’ve contacted the seller and the response was I wasn’t clear enough about wanting the cruise details on each of the 3 magnets I ordered. All the images have the cruise details on them so by emailing the cruise details I thought that was clear enough. I ordered 2 separate items and was charged over £4 postage also but they all arrived together in an A5 envelope sent second class so postage is on the steep side.

Hi Lydia :-) Thank you for your feedback - as discussed the dates and other details you sent were for the badge style magnet and not for the character ones, you left personalisation requests on your order asking for names only on those magnets. It's really disappointing that you have been selective about the messages you have attached because when you contacted us you fully accepted it was your error on the order details you submitted. We can't rectify buyer error free of charge I'm afraid.

You fully accepted it was your error because you were not clear, but have chosen not to screenshot that message here. Postage charge was discounted because you ordered a few magnets and it is a cost for postage and packaging, not postage only.
