    USPS lost the shipment and delivered an empty destroyed package. Quite disgusted with my postman for sticking an obviously destroyed package in my mailbox. Seller filed for the refund which is in progress and provided an eBay refund.. So kudos to the seller. I have ordered the same item from a seller, UPS shipper, and should get it in a week. Positive feedback for the seller resolving a USPS issue.

    The item was in good condition, and it was well worth the money paid. It was packaged very well and would have arrived in a timely manner had it not been for the Post office in St. Louis. The appearance of the Item was just as expected. I highly recommend this seller. Very professional.

    I did not receive the item. It must have fallen out of the envelope during shipping because I received an empty envelope with a slit on the bottom of the envelope. I contacted ebay and was assisted by a courteous and helpful customer representative to initiate a return. I received closure of the case when I was issued a refund to my account. I still need the tools, but I will look for them in a hardware store for the project they were intended for. Ebay has alway come through.
