I ordered the wrong item though and she was very helpful with my return and super sweet & gracious. I was able to find the correct item I wanted and I was able to purchase it with my refund and she even offered a discount with a coupon code so I did not have to pay anything additional out of pocket.   The shoes I bought were brand new condition and an excellent value. I would definitely buy from this seller again, the communication was great! The only reason I gave 4 stars for shipping is because they were 4 days late but I love the shoes.

  Item was listed as new, open box. It arrived with rough box, incorrect instruction manual, missing a couple key parts that I hope can be found at my local hardware store. When I asked seller about it, they apologized profusely, offered a partial refund if I keep it, or full refund with return. When I accepted partial refund, they refunded fully anyway. My experience... product might be a little sketch, but seller is nice and will take care of you.

  Ordering shoes and boots online can be tricky sometimes. However the boots I received today are a perfect fit. They are exactly as described. Shipping was free and the item was well packed.
