  Packaging was very good, the product arrived in perfect condition and as it was exactly as advertised. Although the delivery took longer than we were hoping, it arrived before the deadline.   Great seller! The unit I received had an issue, and she went above and beyond to resolve it. She immediately provided help with troubleshooting and identifying the issue with the internal battery. After that, I sent the unit back, she had the battery replaced, and then sent the unit back to me.
