    First lot arrived broken.only in plastic bag, box crushed......seller sent replacement, still only in plastic bag, but although box a bit flat, bulbs not broken.good price, shame about packaging, but good customer service, hence positive feedback

    Packaging left a LOT to be desired! Considering the natural inertia and sharp edges of a steel box in an unprotected (no internal bubble wrap) cardboard box it's a miracle everything arrived! The steel box containing the drill bits had burst open depositing most of the smaller drill bits in the open outer cardboard box, luckily non had gone walkabout in transit. Strongly suggest the seller improves the packaging requirements!
