    This product was in great condition, especially for the price. It was in the safest packaging, wrapped in bubble wrap with packing peanuts surrounding it. It shipped very quickly. The pictures are very detailed, and they look exactly as described. When I asked questions, they were quick to respond. A great contender for anything video game related. Would buy from again.

    Shipping and packaging was great There was a difference with what was shipped and the listing. I was able to reach out to the seller and they replied within 5 minutes apologized and offered several options which were acceptable to resolve the issue quickly. I would purchase from this seller again without hesitation.

    Headset came as described/pictured. You didn't disclose the fact that the Glasses Spacer was already installed, so I was ready to go and get another, lol! Packaging was as tight as a Fortress, so no damage during shipping (2 layers bubble wrap, an outer box of packing peanuts [do not eat the packing peanuts, y'all]). Shipping was FREE and lightning fast, I thought USPS was on crack! Decent value for a pre-owned headset, you EARNED your 100% satisfaction!!

    This was a great buying experience for me, the seller answered all the questions I had before the sale & after. I had many since the previous buying experience I had made me wary but there was no doubt throughout the whole process.     Item shipped very fast, and was professionally, well packaged. The item was in like new used condition. (You can't tell I didn't pay new/full price for it. There were only a few scuffs on the power brick.) I am very happy with my purchase. This is an A++ seller, and I would gladly do business with them again.
