    Shipping and packaging was great There was a difference with what was shipped and the listing. I was able to reach out to the seller and they replied within 5 minutes apologized and offered several options which were acceptable to resolve the issue quickly. I would purchase from this seller again without hesitation.

    Headset came as described/pictured. You didn't disclose the fact that the Glasses Spacer was already installed, so I was ready to go and get another, lol! Packaging was as tight as a Fortress, so no damage during shipping (2 layers bubble wrap, an outer box of packing peanuts [do not eat the packing peanuts, y'all]). Shipping was FREE and lightning fast, I thought USPS was on crack! Decent value for a pre-owned headset, you EARNED your 100% satisfaction!!

    Seller was very patient and helpful. Item was shipped within 24 hrs of purchase. Packages very well! Double wrapped in bubble wrap with popcorn filling. Item description was as pictured. Would purchase from this seller again.

    This was a great buying experience for me, the seller answered all the questions I had before the sale & after. I had many since the previous buying experience I had made me wary but there was no doubt throughout the whole process.     Shipping was Super fast!!!! The packaging was very strong and sturdy around my ipad. Its the same as described. For only 20 dollars this was so affordable even if an old device!!
