  USPS had a tracking glitch, so I messaged the seller. They promptly got back to me, assuring me the item had been shipped, They told me to let them know if it still hadn't arrived by the end of the week, and that they would refund my purchase. Package arrived just as described. Excellent seller.

  This seller did the right thing and I expect no different the next time we have a transaction. Unfortunately the card arrived damaged. The seller let me keep the card and refunded my money and apologized for USPS rough handling. Stand-up Seller!

  Seller shipped the wrong item by mistake. He immediately provided a discount and after further shipping delays refunded the price of the item. The item description should have noted expiration date. I am sorry this purchase did not work out but seller did respond to communications promptly.
