  Package was sent on time and was delivered intact with excellent packaging method and material. The only problem was, there was no remote and with an OPPO, you need a remote. Alejo was kind enough to offer a solution and the problem was quickly resolved. Seller was very easy and helpful to work with and resolved all issues in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
