  QUICK delivery of a new QUALITY bulletwood cello bow exactly as described. The price was good too. HOWEVER, I was shocked to find that the parcel hanging from my letter box was so poorly packed. Inside its original thin card cover wrapped only in paper, there was nothing to protect the long thin bow from being bent and broken. Even a simple 'Fragile' and/or 'Do Not Bend' sticker might lower the real danger of future sales being damaged in transit.

  Everything went really well, one of the best sellers I have seen so far. Excellent communication, very reasonable shipping price as a matter of fact it's the cheapest shipping price i have ever seen. Packaged well and arrived earlier than expected. Thank you and much appreciated. The device works perfectly as described.

  Sent me an empty bag in an envelope. I requested they send me the item I purchased to which they argued that the item was sent in the envelope. I asked them to tell me the weight of the total delivery and they replied 15g, which I verified was the total weight of the envelope and paperwork they sent me on my scales. They stole from me and insinuated that I lied to them. Thank goodness for buyer protection!

  Absolutely lies. You were voluntarily refunded by us, there was absolutely no ebay interference in this interaction. 15g is the total weight with the product.

  AVOID this seller! I'm 19 years on ebay and Alegree guitar supplies is the worst seller i ever had to deal with. This first time i ever had to phone ebay customer service and ask for help. I wasted a month of my time with this seller. The seller Sent 2 humbucker covers not as as described. The seller admitted to me that their staff are untrained and don't know the difference. The seller was rude, devious and unwilling to help resolve the problem. You will see it in the tone of their reply.

  Allimac79 is the worst buyer we've had to deal with. He purchased two entirely different covers and complained that they were not a match. He was advised that warehouse staff are not intentionally looking for a match, because warehouse staff do not know what a humbucker is, they just pick from a shelf. He was advised he was welcome to return for a refund at his cost, as his presumption of two different products matching was incorrect.

  Seller advised item ordered was then found to be temporarily 'Out of Stock', so the order was cancelled and promply refunded. Alternatives were offered and one was then ordered. All Good!. Fine communication. Have ordered from this seller several times before and always found very good service.
