    I can’t fault this company whatsoever!!! From initial payment I was updated and provided with tracking details. After a period of roughly 5 days I was told my parcel was possibly lost but was kept updated by Emily. She rectified the situation by resending me another unit with next day delivery because of my waiting time. The replacement item has arrived and is as described. Thanks Emily!!! 5*******

    John very helpful. Fast at responding to questions. Asked if the OBD would do what I needed, he said he would check with the manufacturer first before confirming. Once confirmed. Placed my order, it was posted same day, delivered the very next day. Well packaged, what more could you ask for. I will test this at the weekend, so fingers crossed this resolves my issue. I will update when used, so people can receive more feedback. Thank you John for your help👍

    The item was as described, the ebay site informs you that all their tools come with a tamper proof seal see below to safe guard against fakes. This is not the case now due to new packaging. Albionshire are an official agent for Ancel as I emailed them and they confirmed it. They also said this "If you are worried about buying unofficial products, it's recommanded that you visit our official store on our website, Amazon, Aliexpress" AliExpress sell it for less than £45 A BIG SAVING OF £45 upto U

    The buyer seems to be confusing the VD500 with the more advanced VD700 which we sell. Another important factor that's not being considered is that all of our tools come with a 12 month UK warranty. We arrange a return and a replacement. Buying from overseas puts you at risk because the agents selling them will eventually run off into the sunset leaving you out of pocket!
