    I was amazed by the seller’s honesty, efficiency and helpfulness. Order received promptly at post office, securely packaged, but with absurdly high customs charge. Seller advised not to pay and fight, simply to refuse and force return to sender. Slow return to Albania - seller offered refund or resend. Instant refund given - found cheaper in UK. An illuminating experience which just used up time! And I don’t believe the customs charge was correct or justified (item cost £39: customs £80!)

    The package was well-packed, and the shipping was faster than I expected — it arrived a day earlier than the estimated date. The seller even included a text file with instructions on how to transfer songs to the Walkman. If you're thinking about buying from this seller, you can definitely trust him!

    The item arrive to me safe and sound, carefully packaged. This is the second time I buy from seller and they did an amazing transaction, as expected. Thank you so much for the Panasonic remote. It works pretty well with my MiniDisc player. I will be in the lookout for more interesting items from this seller.
