NOTHING But LIES from him here, Refunded the day before it was due to ship without Ebay contact. He doesn't know what "Business Days Are" Listing clearly states 3 business days handling. Purchased evening on a Friday and expected Monday ship.

2004 Honda Goldwing. Stereo sound is awesome but microphone is so loud we can't use intercoms which is what I bought them for. Yes I turned the volume on intercom down. The mics are to sensitive.

We have NO record of any contact for customer service. Can't help if you don't give us a chance. There is an adjustment on the motorcycle you can use to fix this. The headset is a slave to the system. Sometimes the system does need adjustments. To bad you just didn't bother to contact us.
