  I had a great experience purchasing through this seller. I bought a dog vest harness from them as I have a dog whose size is between upper medium and large breeds. I was able to order an approximate fit through the seller. Shipping was prompt, Packaging was carefully done, and the item arrived in flawless condition. A great example of what eBay sellers should aspire to be. If you happen to be in the market for a dog vest harness, I recommend giving this seller a browse before heading elsewhere.

  Bought the xs base off the size chart. Was too small. Asked if I could do an exchange for the small size? They said no that I would have to return the extra small and we buy the small. Keep in mind I paid for shipping for the extra small to get to me and had to pay for shipping to return it. And paid for shipping to get the size small that's too big. I'm not going to pay for shipping again to return it. Waste of time and waste of money. Paid for shipping 3 times cause their size chart is way off

  We’re sorry that you had sizing issues. We offered you help both times but you did not answer and instead you expressed your frustration by leaving multiple negative feedbacks for the same problem. Shipping fees are set by eBay and shown at checkout. eBay also determines who pays return shipping, and in this case, the buyer was responsible. Negative feedback for issues outside of a seller’s control is unfair and may violate eBay’s feedback policy.
