  Item shipped was not the one in the picture. I was unable to determine if it had the internal webbing so returned it as possibly substandard as it had no place of manufacture on it or the packaging. This is a very important safety item on the steering and essential to have known quality. This is the first time I have ever had any issue with this seller but I will consider doing business again in the future with this seller as usually their products are good value and as depicted.

  This seller is excellent, they refunded very quick, great communication. The item was refunded due to back order, no fault whatsoever on their part here.
