  The package didn't arrive, unfortunately, but I don't blame the seller. These things happen, and recent changes in US policy have already been playing havoc with a number of my orders. It was still a pleasant experience - the seller was polite and understanding and responded very quickly to questions and concerns, and ultimately issued a refund. I'm more than willing to order from them again in the future.

  Very attentive seller, provided me with all the support to ensure the purchase arrived in Brazil, instructing me on how to proceed right after I made the purchase.
