I have not fully tested all aspect of recorder but what I have works as it should. Replacement remote control works as it should but is a cheap version compared to Sony remote. The player works like new and is very smooth. I would still recommend this seller to buy from.

Contacted the seller and received some guidance. We determined that the unit is faulty and I returned it. The seller send me the correct model and used next day delivery. I was also offered extended warranty. Professional and responsive. I hope I get to use my Panasonic for a long time.
