The shofar was beautiful except for a couple of fuzzed spots on the horn but it's a natural product and is prone to imperfections . The shipping box on the other hand was cheap oversized and totally crushed when I received it unacceptable for a item this expensive and shows that the seller doesn't care about the product or the customer. I can only say that the only way it wasn't destroyed was by Divine intervention
