  Can't say enough good things about this seller. Despite the no return policy, a replacement was sent immediately when the initial cartridge did not work (something that happens occasionally). The seller even included extra cartridges with the replacement shipment just to ensure I received one that would work. Will always look to purchase from this seller first in the future. Great communication and great customer service.

  What an ordeal. The seller is great. The USPS, not so much. Shipped quickly, then tracking fell apart and the package disappeared. Seller refunded $$ quickly. A month later it shows up. Intact. 1st time that has happened to me and so grateful the mugs finally arrived.

  12 bowls all received in great condition because they were packaged well. Items were as described and I feel I got a great deal. I have a happy college student now. USPS sent this package on Mr. Toads wild ride, crossing our county twice before they finally got them delivered. Thanks!
