  Can't say enough good things about this seller. Despite the no return policy, a replacement was sent immediately when the initial cartridge did not work (something that happens occasionally). The seller even included extra cartridges with the replacement shipment just to ensure I received one that would work. Will always look to purchase from this seller first in the future. Great communication and great customer service.

  What an ordeal. The seller is great. The USPS, not so much. Shipped quickly, then tracking fell apart and the package disappeared. Seller refunded $$ quickly. A month later it shows up. Intact. 1st time that has happened to me and so grateful the mugs finally arrived.

  Got the flute books in great condition and very quickly. I am so excited to get so many books at such a great price. The packaging was very careful so that the books weren't damaged. The books were as described and In near perfect condition.
