  The items shipping was bad. The shipper company miss labeled the zip code when it entered the US. Never received it after waiting 3 weeks. Seller was very helpful with great communication. Wasn’t their fault. Got a prompt refund.

  While the product arrived damaged, the seller was very responsive in providing the refund. The product itself is beautiful and would be well worth the price had it not been damaged. The packaging was probably too tight putting stress on the glued joints. Again, very positive response from the seller, just issues with the packaging.

  Wonderful Mexican Opal sphere. I avoid man made spheres for the most part, but these Mexican Opals have such spectacular optical qualities, I make an exception for them. This is my second one. Visually they are absolutely awesome. The shipping time from mainland China was very respectable. My parcel was well packed and this fragile sphere arrived in perfect condition. Very satisfied with this purchase. Nice product and excellent customer service from this shop.
