Nach dann direktem Kontakt mit demVerkäufer reagierte dieser sofort und hat innerhalb von 4 Tagen ein neues Gerät geschickt, welches super funktioniert. Das erste Paket ging in den unergründlichen Weiten von DHL verloren. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde sofort ein Ersatzartikel versandt. Dieser kam auch unversehrt und schnell an. Nach mehreren Wochen wurde dann das erste Paket doch noch zugestellt. Dafür erhielt ich eine dann Rücksendemarke des Verkäufers. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich.

I contacted the seller and explained that I wanted a delivery date, I explained that I didn’t get information soon I would request a refund! Today, July 1, with no comment from the seller, I received a refund! While grateful for the refund, this is the worst seller I have ever experienced! I cannot recommend this seller and I will avoid using them in the future! I would have liked getting the item I purchased! - Stars!
