Sad to discover the reusable parts bag and owner's manual were used and musty. Contacted seller, explained issue. Requested just manual and bag be replaced to minimize costs since even else was OK. Was told a full return of everything is the only option. Sorry, but that's a HUGE time and financial inconvenience. Decided to just cut my losses and just forget it because "Certified Refurbished" must only apply to the appliance and not the accessories.
