  Description said it worked with my fireplace. It did not. I let them know, they said it may be faulty and will send another. Same type arrived but also did not work. I immediately said I want a refund due to replacement not working. Seller did not respond. I waited a week and sent another message saying I'd contact eBay. Suddenly they respond but dragged out the replies offering partial refunds. I refused, asked for full refund. Seller says it's now past 30 days so no longer have to refund me.
