  The player shipped quickly. Before purchase I contacted the seller with several questions and they were helpful and answered them all. They even offered me a small discount so I decided to make the purchase. My expectations were low as they said that one of the features was not working but to my surprise the player was in practically new condition and all features work perfectly. It's better than described! Packaging was excellent with extra bubble wrap. Arrived in great shape.
