    Item arrived on time but had been badly deformed in transit due to being badly packed ie just in a plastic bag, I informed seller, and sent photos. They apologised on behalf of the Royal Mail, and thanked me for my message ! Item had been properly crushed the flange neck of the tube was crushed, cant even imagine how it could have happened. Great Customer service guys thanks.

    Ordered a week ago but I knew the seller was away but ordered anyway as I was in no rush when the seller returned they dispatched them straight away the Communications was very good if I need any dyson parts again i shall gladly buy from the seller again
