  Item arrived on time but had been badly deformed in transit due to being badly packed ie just in a plastic bag, I informed seller, and sent photos. They apologised on behalf of the Royal Mail, and thanked me for my message ! Item had been properly crushed the flange neck of the tube was crushed, cant even imagine how it could have happened. Great Customer service guys thanks.

  The item is as described. It arrives flat and you have to bend it to suit your oven shelf but I did not realise this and contacted the seller. The seller responded to my query within minutes and my problem was resolved. Very happy with item although I haven’t used it yet but it now fits my shelves fine. Great communication from seller.
