    My order of xs clay handi arrived promptly today as expected, the seller provided a royal mail tracking number which was really helpful. It was well packaged. Although the pattern is different from the pic,but still happy with it, price was good too. Will be ordering again as I just ordered the one to check the size ,can't wait to use it. many thanks!

    A nice, heavy tortilla/flat bread press. Easy and effective to use. The product is exactly as described. It arrived within the estimated arrival time. The packaging was a bit frayed but this but the press was unaffected.

    Very good company and understanding . Box of 6 glasses one broken in transit contacted seller and they have been brilliant , full refund straight away no issues 👍 we highly recommend this seller and only wished other sellers out there could be like this one . Thank you 👌🙏

    Excellent communication from supplier & item arrived very quickly. However, the food container was advertised as clear box with a random lid colour & I received a box completely grey! Also, the item had a fair amount of dust on it & needed a good soak. It looked like it had been in storage uncovered for a while. If you are a professional seller, then your goods should be in better condition.

    The quality was not what I ordered, the condition was not what I ordered, the value was not what I ordered, the appearance was definitely NOT what I ordered, overall a bad experience with this seller, I sent them a number of messages without any response, so I asked ebay to step in and returned the item that I did not order, just a very bad service all round
