(The listing was for "Lot of 2," and I paid for 4 lots of 2, so my order was 5 packets short.) On 9/16/2025 I contacted the seller, and they said they would send a refund. They sent a follow-up message on 9/16 stating they did send refund, but I have not received a refund, and it is now 9/29. I messaged the seller on 9/19, 9/24, and 9/26 to inquire about the status of the refund and have not received a reply.
