    This Seller was fantastic to work with. Was great at responding to me and helped me get the price that I needed. Everything was packaged great and securely and got to me unbroken. I would buy from this seller again and highly recommend them.

    Purchased bear early Thursday April 14th. Asked seller about shipping quick. They waited after the weekend. Some how bear is lost by mail. Communication with seller isn’t grand, had to open a case when I hadn’t heard back. It was a gift that didn’t make it, finally arriving May 17. Not one single apology from seller. Bear shipped poorly- crammed into a thin plastic bag with packing tape. It was all distorted and messed up. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from a seller like this.

    The purse was as you described. The picture did not do it justice. The price you had for it was a value. I bought it thinking I got a good deal. I also thought also thought your shipping price was reasonable. I have passed up several Lug Carousel XL purses because the I thought shipping price was way too high. Thank you
