An E-mail informed me that my parcel had been directed to another sorting office 20 miles away. I fail to understand how a package with a clear postcode cannot be delivered to the nearest sorting office which is within 5 miles of my delivery address.I suppose the reasons could be Royal Mails policy of only delivering 2nd class mail less frequently. Goods were as described
