  I ordered 2 personalised make up bags on the 8th December. They arrived on the 14th and once I opened them, unfortunately one of them was damaged. The zip part (that you pull to open) was broken and missing. (Packaging checked). Seller offered a replacement after 3rd January or if I sent the item back I'd get a refund. I now need to try and find a last minute replacement gift to give at Christmas. Nice item and price is good but I wouldn't purchase again due to not being recieved as expected.
