  I highly recommend this seller. As Dyson were out of stock of the part I needed I got the part number and ordered through this seller. Unfortunately it was not the correct part (not the seller's fault!). I returned and received a FULL refund including postage very promptly. The delivery came at the start of the delivery window so, prompt delivery, excellent packaging, prompt refund. Just a shame he didn't have the correct part in stock. Thank you!

  Delivery was incomplete, but this was very promptly rectified when I contacted seller with an apology for a misunderstanding sellers end. Very happy with purchase and seller. Would recommend.

  Fast delivery, exactly as described, recommended seller. Postage a little too expensive, but partly offset by a reasonable purchase price for an original Dyson spare part.
