  I cannot begin to express how happy and delighted I am with my recent purchase from Aphrodite-Profumeria Web. These 3 rare items were carefully packed and arrived at my house today, as scheduled, and in perfect condition. I even received a little gift as a bonus! I would especially like to point out that my communication with Fabio was very clear and helpful. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again and would like to wish them continued success with their eBay sales.

  Wanted to check beforehand that everything is fine, so I asked the seller if they shipped to my area, since I'm in the EU, but not in the EU VAT zone tax-wise. Got a "Yes" back, so I ordered my perfume. Waiting 5 days for them to ship the product, suddenly I'm refunded without any information or clarification as to why. Asked for clarification. Took almost 24 hours to respond. Now they don't ship to my area. Lost another item on my watchlist because of this 5 day-loan.

  Dear customer, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniente. Our delivery partner told us that was possibile to deliver in your area but when we was working on your order they updated us that was not possibile yet. We informed you in the same moment we make the refund. Apologize again. I hope you can change your feedback from negative to neutral due this explanation.
