  Communication with the seller was good the only problem was the courier company eBay used which was evri and they were appalling, communication with them was absolutely terrible it took them days to respond to simple questions and at one time told me that they had lost my parcel but it did turn up 18 days after the delivery date

  The club was in even better condition that the photos suggested, and it arrived well packaged - so props to affordablegolfltd. I was a little wary of purchasing due to some previous reviews and the (obviously intentional) name of the company being extremely similar to another well-known and reputable golf company - but I needn't have worried. However a black mark for the courier (Evri): despite their email saying it would be delivered by 5pm on the Saturday it didn't arrive until Monday.

  Callaway Big Bertha #7 Hybrid ordered on 23 Feb arrived at the destination in New Zealand on 10 Mar well packaged and in excellent condition on arrival. The item was as described on the website. Really pleased with the item as I was unable to purchase one locally. It now gives me 3 through to 7 hybrid in my set .... an excellent set that is value for money. Thanks aforedablegolfltd ...   Thank you for the refund, regrettably I made a mistake in ordering the club. The parcel was delivered by EVRI and the outer box was crushed and holed, clearly in transit. Fortunately, the club inner packing had prevented any damage to the club. I had to rebox the package, to return it, as clearly it would have been unsafe to return it otherwise. This is not the first time that I have had trouble with an EVRI delivery and wonder why eBay continue to use them.
