    Sent a jammed up unit and although they did refund me (less all shipping) they tried to make it my fault at every step of the way including after they received the unit back. Doesn't make sense as it leaves me unhappy. They could have handled it well and had a better review. I would NOT buy from them again.

    The seatbelt was working when shipped. Info was included in the package explaining seatbelts cannot be yanked or tested before installing in a vehicle as it will jam. Buyer ignored this info and admitted to testing the unit before installing.We allowed a return even though buyer admitted to yanking on it when it wasn’t installed, but was displeased we wouldn’t cover return shipping due to their mishandling of the part.
