  time will tell but appears sent me a used machine with missing parts. The communication with seller has been tough. I believe I am dealing with someone in China and time differences makes very communication at least 24 hours Hopeful that we can get situation resolved. If not, I will be returning the machine

  The description on the listing states it come with the 23" chair , and they only send you the hydraulic. Waste of time contacted the seller and stated to look for the chair in another store
