  The "used" chair I ordered arrived in like-new condition, and in only a few days after I placed the order. It was missing a headrest, which was supposed to be included. A brief email exchange caused them to send the headrest attachment. These folks were very easy to deal with and a credit to eBay. I would definitely do business with them again.

  Excellent experience all throughout. The product was well described on the page and as described when arrived, excellent quality, all the part were there. What was absolutely amazing is that I ordered the item on Thursday and it was delivered on Monday! Herman Miller estimated delivery was 6 weeks later!! The chair came in excellent condition. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to use one of the controls once the chair was assembled, I messaged and got a reply right away first thing in the am.

  I was not sure about these chairs and although I wanted 2, was unsure of quality. First arrived in fair shape and the base needed cleaning. I mentioned this to Seller and he responded very positively by giving advice and with the second chair included another base (he gave me a paid return label for first base) for the first chair and the second chair was great for the money/fact they are used. I would buy another from this seller, except I have all I need now. Very happy his products.

  Shipping was super fast, item arrived as described and mostly pretty clean. Shipping materials could have been better, one of the wheels of the chair was poking through the cardboard box and had some scuffs. However, I was able to remove those and there was no damage so it was not a huge problem. I am grateful to be able to purchase this item at a fraction of the cost of buying it new, it's better for my budget and the environment. Overall very happy and would recommend this seller. Thank you!
