  I placed my order in early August and after more than 2 weeks I still have no tracking number, no shipping info. When I finally contacted support, they told me they cannot deliver to my home address — as if I live on Mars. This is 2025, and basic shipping should not be an issue. Extremely disappointing experience, zero communication, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend ordering from this seller.
