  This is the second order from this company in as many months (I purchased some classical strings and now acoustic) and as before they are in perfect condition, the packaging is stylish and secure. High quality strings which are cheap compared to standard music shops. They are packing in individual baggies, inside their box, so the is no chance of tangling (I have had this in the past) Delivery time is a couple of days too. I would and do recommend this seller

  I may have inadvertently ordered the wrong gauge strings from the seller's dropdown menu. I contacted the seller expecting an argument, but instead, without hesitation, they sent my intended choice of strings free of charge and let me keep the previously ordered ones. - Good for them! I shall be buying from them again.
