  Zero communication from seller. The cable was in the picture thats why I bought this particular one. I even sent a message saying please include the cable. Item arrived, no cable. Tried contacting seller several times still nothing. Dont want to do it but with no contact I feel I have no choice. Cant recommend, disappointing exhchange to say the least.

  I purchased AMD EPYC 9684x from this seller, one of the chip doesn't work, I contact the seller he doesn't respond about this, doesn't want to talk about this. I purchased another one for replacement, after 3 weeks he still not ship the new CPU, it impacts my project. The communication with this seller is very very bad. His product is unreliable.

  Ordered two to work with an LSI SAS controller. Package arrived promptly, well appointed in dedicated and nicely sized anti-static bags for each backplane. Note that the packaging only included the boards, no cables. While description does not mention the power cables, the images do demonstrate this feature.

  Good seller, fast shipping and item arrived as described. I did not personally check the part number and assumed the main riser would fit in the secondary slot, different part number required. Seller accepted the return and I admitted my mistake. Would recommend.
