  Item was as described and shipped lightning fast. I've had a set of body packs and a stick mic transmitter for years so now I can support two mics simultaneously at a really good price. My only complaint is the packaging. The item was wrapped well in bubble wrap but then tossed into a box with no filler at all so the item was able to rattle around inside the box which arrived crushed in disturbing ways. The item was okay but I really expect more from a top-tier name like Adorama!

  First time buying from this seller, but I would not hesitate to do so again. These speakers are amazing! They were almost half price as an open-box (but still new) item. Shipping was as promised. I only gave them 4 stars on communication because my question took two days or more to be answered (which isn’t a BIG deal). Like I said, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Overall it was a great experience and I’m loving these Polk Audio Atrium 4 speakers!

  Genuinely the best sellers I’ve dealt with on this site. They were willing to work with me despite a very confusing situation. I trust these guys now to the point of buying from them without a single worry. Definitely recommended! Very high quality in service and in communication. Communication is superb and really the only thing more I could add is how kind they are compared to many others I’ve talked with. Product arrived in even better condition than described.

  The seller shipped the item very quickly and it arrived on schedule. The item was packaged very securely and was in pristine condition when it arrived here. It was as described in the listing. Though the power cord was missing, the seller handled it quickly and professionally with a partial refund. Great service and communication. Highly recommended—would buy again without hesitation!
